Character: Quartz-Master

Quartz-Master is the Q from HI1. He came from Q-Branch. Yes you read that right, he served under the famous Q. But since Q wouldn’t go anywhere else, well… Quartz-Master found another opportunity to be the main smartest guy in the room and providing gadgets for the heroes. Boy was he wrong…

So here he is, at HI1. Trying to make gadgets for Agent 6538, the only agent of this intelligence service (because they’ve got a terrible budget). And for some reason, Agent 6538 only likes automatic or manual wound watches. What’s the use for Quartz-Master then? Who makes the best gadgets, but only quartz.
