Agent 6538, our main hero in the story. He loves watches to a great intent and just had to go for that open job offering "Watch loving guy with sense for adventure". He was hoping it would be a journalistic job, with a lots of flying to fellow enthusiasts and the grand designers of this day for interviews and product premieres. Boy was he wrong, but the pay is okay and he gets to save the day for the horology world.

Chief Alpha, the boss of Agent 6538. Well, only part-time probably, because the budget is quite tight. Chief Alpha only works on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Most of the time, Agent 6538 get's his orders, walks of, runs into disaster and Chief Alpha has to fix all the bureaucratic mess afterwards.

Quartz-Master is the Q from HI1. He came from Q-Branch. Yes you read that right, he served under the famous Q. But since Q wouldn't go anywhere else, well... Quartz-Master found another opportunity to be the main smartest guy in the room and providing gadgets for the heroes. Boy was he wrong... So here he is, at HI1. Trying to make gadgets for Agent 6538, the only agent of this intelligence service (because they've got a terrible budget). And for some reason, Agent 6538 only likes automatic or manual wound watches. What's the use for Quartz-Master then? Who makes the best gadgets, but only quartz.
